Croffle Craze Cafe is Northern California's only croffle spot — buttery croissant dough pressed in a waffle iron, made from scratch daily, and seasoned with a little Thai soul.

We had buffalo chicken croffle sandwich, croffle with berry topping and another with mango & coconut. All of them were 10/10 in taste, presentation. Customer service was great. Our kids said this is a crazy good place to go back again!

This place is a hidden gem. Their milk thai tea with boba is amazing! Especially when they give you the option of how sweet you want it. I got it with 50% sweetness and it was the best I've had here in Redding. Their pandan and ube croffle is really good. Definitely coming back again!

Fantastic! Some of the best coffee I’ve ever had. The mango smoothie is fantastic and the staff is just as sweet! I would also recommend trying the Thai tea. We went here while traveling through town. The drive thru made it very convenient! The interior was clean and cute. The sizes of the drinks are very generous.

I just discovered an incredible restaurant at the end of Canby Rd in Redding—Croffle Craze! Walking in, I had no idea what to expect, but I was immediately impressed by the beautiful, comfortable space that’s so well-decorated and maintained. It’s such a fun spot for lunch! I finally visited with my best friend to check out this cafe that opened a year ago, and I’m so glad we did! The food is fantastic, and the service is top-notch.
